Grand Prize

Three winners will be announced.
First and Second Prizes will be awarded based upon receiving the first and second most votes cast for their photographs.
The Grand Prize will be determined by an impartial judge. The choice to be selected from among the top 20 most popular photographs.

RULES:

1) You MUST submit your entry via the photo via tab that links to the Contest. This is a special folder. It is against FB rules to simply post a contest entry to my page so unless you go to this application, your entry cannot be considered. No submissions to my personal Facebook wall, personal email, textures blog, etc. will be accepted. No photographs submitted directly to any of Canvas on Demand's online sites will be accepted as entries.

2) ONE photo submission per person. Choose your best and edit with care. You have one week before submissions are accepted to submit your art. It doesn't pay to rush. I cannot make any substitutions or deletions.

3) Contest begins on November 5, 2012. Last day to submit an image for consideration is on November 11, 2012 at midnight (Pacific Standard Time Zone).

4) Winners will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 14th on the JD Textures Blog. Winners will be contacted via email prior to the blog announcement. Please make sure to include a valid email address when signing up or you will not be eligible to win.

5) Two (2) winners will be based on the top number of votes received. One (1) winner will be selected by an impartial judge, selected from among the top 20 most popular contest photographs.

6) You MUST integrate one of my textures. (You are free to use it alone, processed with actions, converted to black & white, flipped, etc., etc. You just need to integrate one of my textures and name that texture somewhere).

7) You MUST put the name of the texture you used after the photo's description. Please DO NOT include any further detail in the photo's description so I can easily spot the texture's name.

8) Photo submitted must not have been previously used in any other photo contests.

9) Any image not following ALL the rules above will not be considered for entry. Sorry, it's just too hard to keep track of otherwise and not fair to others.


Not a rule BUT:

1) Please go "like" Canvas On Demand's Facebook Page so you can be advised of all their amazing products and discounts.

2) I'd recommend using the texture in Overlay, Screen or Soft Light modes. I highly suggest these modes as the textures were designed for these specific modes.

3) I'd appreciate it (alot) if you helped spread the word so as many folks as possible have a chance to participate.
