March's Challenge asks you to GO GREEN: Are you an avid gardener with a green thumb? Do you have an Irish heritage? Are you passionate about the sustainability movement? Do you just adore this vibrant hue? Share with the JD Textures group what green means to you.
This month's challenge / contest will be held between March 15-20th, with winners and honorable mentions announced here, on this blog, March 22nd. Contest entries must be added to a 3rd party tab application, not associated with Facebook. Anyone can participate in the challenge, but to win a prize, you must use one of my textures and identify it in your description (remember this step - it's important!).
Two winners will be chosen, one by popular vote and one by a judge's choice. Additionally, if you'd like to participate without competing, post your photo to my Facebook wall, mention it's for the contest, and I'll pick my top 10 favorites to receive honorable mentions on my blog!

PLEASE NOTE: The last two months, we've been fortunate enough to have two matching prizes for the Top Vote Winner (person receiving the most votes in the contest application program) and our Judge's Choice (person selected by an independent judge, regardless of votes). This month, because of circumstances out of our control, we can't do this. Instead we are offering two different prize packages, both with the approximate value of $250.
